Objectives:

· Working diligently to select the most suitable and best options in executing contracts.

· Training and developing staff to carry out the work and to raise the quality of performance, contract management and service delivery.

Tasks of the Division:

· The division undertakes all work related to contracting in accordance with the Instructions for the Execution of Government Contracts, from the announcement of the tender to the final stages of the contract, and follows up the execution of concluded contracts of all types.

· Coordinating with the ministry headquarters and the relevant bodies and obtaining approvals to select the best option for executing contracts.
