Announcement of the university order to accept postgraduate students for the academic year 2026–2027

The University of Shatrah announces the issuance of the university order for the admission of graduate students for the academic year 2026–2027, based on the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the timetables specified for this purpose. The Department of Graduate Studies at the university explained that the university order included the original candidate students, as well as cases of rotation within the application channels within the university, and the treatment of critical cases, in accordance with the controls and instructions in force. The University of Shatrah confirms its full commitment to applying the standards of justice and transparency in admission procedures, and its keenness to support the academic career of students in various scientific and humanitarian disciplines, in a way that contributes to providing state institutions with advanced and qualified scientific competencies. The university called on the admitted students to review their respective faculties to receive a copy of the university order, and to complete the required administrative and financial procedures, according to the following, in preparation for starting to study in the new academic year. Procedures required after the issuance of the university order:
1. University Presidency /Security Clearance Department review, accompanied by:
- Supporting documents (original and photocopy).
- Recent personal photos.
2. Reviewing the legal department at the college for the purpose of completing the guarantor sponsorship procedures.
3. Accepted employees are required to submit the study leave within a maximum period of (90) days from the date of issuance of the university order, otherwise the acceptance is considered canceled.
4. All admitted students are required to undergo a medical examination for the detection of abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, in accordance with the approved instructions and controls.
5. Students admitted to the private alimony channel must review the Accounts Division at the college for the purpose of paying the first academic installment before the commencement date. The University of Shatrah wishes all accepted students success in their scientific career.
