Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Research and Development/Department of Graduate Studies, related to admission controls and the mechanism for processing critical cases and rotating vacant seats, the Department of Graduate Studies at the University of Shatrah would like to inform you of the addition of (5 grades) for processing critical cases, as well as rotating vacant seats between the various admission channels, which will be implemented centrally by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research via the electronic application system, in accordance with the controls and instructions in force.

The names of those finally accepted will be announced after the Ministry completes the procedures for adding grades and rotating seats, and according to the approved official timings.

((The Department of Graduate Studies also confirms that there is no need to review the university or submit any paper requests related to adding grades for treating critical cases or rotating seats, as all procedures are completed electronically through the Ministry’s central system.
