Council of the College of Fine Arts Holds Its First Meeting of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The Council of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Shatrah held its first meeting of the 2025–2026 academic year, chaired by the Dean of the College, Dr. Yasser Al-Barrak, and attended by the members of the Council, today, Wednesday 1 October 2025

The Council discussed a number of academic and administrative issues concerning the progress of the educational process in the College, including preparing the requirements of the academic year, distributing class timetables, completing the equipment of classrooms and practical laboratories, as well as following up the infrastructure and the services provided to students.

The meeting also reviewed mechanisms for supporting student and creative activities, and plans for developing scientific and artistic programmes in line with quality and academic accreditation standards.

The Chair of the Council stressed the importance of concerted efforts to make the new academic year a success and to provide a stimulating academic environment for students and teaching staff alike, emphasising that the College is moving forward on its path towards excellence and raising the scientific and artistic level.
