College of Fine Arts Organises a Training Course on "Consolidating a Culture of Participation in Decision-Making: Towards Sustainable Institutional Empowerment"

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, President of the University of Shatrah, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yasser Al-Barrak, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, the Continuing Education Unit of the College of Fine Arts, in cooperation with the University's Continuing Education Centre, organised a training course entitled "Consolidating a Culture of Participation in Decision-Making: Towards Sustainable Institutional Empowerment" today, Sunday 12 October 2025, in the hall of the College of Fine Arts. The course was delivered by Lect. Dr. Ali Abdul-Zahra Majeed and Asst. Lect. Haider Hameed Sharad.

The course aimed to promote the concept of institutional participation in the academic work environment and to highlight the importance of involving individuals in decision-making, in a way that contributes to achieving administrative empowerment and sustainable development within university institutions.
