the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Education for Girls held an educational seminar entitled
(How to Set Personal Goals in Areas of Life),
in the Department of Biology on Thursday, 30 / 10 / 2025, moderated by Asst. Lect. Sarah Jabbar Hussein.
The seminar included two lectures delivered by Asst. Lect. Nidaa Khudhair Mubarak and Asst. Lect. Sarah Jabbar Hussein, in which they addressed ways of setting personal goals, drawing up realistic plans to achieve them, and turning dreams into tangible achievements in various areas of life.
The seminar aimed to develop students' skills in setting goals and formulating them clearly, and in using them to build a balanced life map full of achievement, stressing that clarity of purpose is the strongest motivation to persevere in facing challenges and achieving personal progress.
This event is part of the activities of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit aimed at empowering students and developing their personal and professional abilities, in line with the orientation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting counselling and personal development programmes.
