College of Education for Girls / University of Shatrah Announces the Establishment of Master's Studies in the Department of Biology.
The College of Education for Girls at the University of Shatrah announced that it has obtained final approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to establish master's studies in the specialisation of Biology for the academic year 2026–2027.
This approval was based on a previous request submitted by the University of Shatrah / College of Education for Girls, supported by the report of the ministerial establishment committee that had visited the College earlier, after all the necessary requirements and conditions in terms of human resources, material supplies and infrastructure had been fulfilled in accordance with the approved regulations.
The establishment of master's studies in Biology aims to meet the actual needs of the labour market and strengthen specialised scientific staff, as well as providing an important academic opportunity for the Department's graduates and those wishing to continue their postgraduate studies within the governorate.
This achievement is part of the efforts of the College of Education for Girls at the University of Shatrah to develop postgraduate programmes and support scientific research, contributing to raising the academic standard and serving the community.
