On the Commemoration of the Martyrdom of Imam Musa ibn Jaafar Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him).....
As part of consolidating the values of giving and community service, and on the occasion of commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Musa ibn Jaafar Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him), the College of Education for Girls – University of Shatrah formed a continuous work team of professors and employees, after a committee had been formed for donations and for collecting food and provisions...
The team began distributing meals and the food supplies needed by the honoured pilgrims along the walking route, as a modest contribution to serving the pilgrims of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him), and as an embodiment of the spirit of solidarity and altruism called for by the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
This initiative comes in loyalty to the fragrant biography of Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him), the seventh of the Imams of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), known by the title Bab al-Hawa'ij (the Gate of Needs), for his patience, forbearance and restraint of anger, and for the everlasting moral and humanitarian school he represented in confronting injustice and tyranny.
We ask God Almighty to accept this blessed work, to reward all participants and supporters with the best of rewards, and to make us and you among those who follow the path of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
