Dr. Muhannad Othman, a lecturer at the College of Fine Arts at the University of Shatrah, took part in the updated teaching methods course organised by the University of Dhi Qar with wide participation from researchers and teaching staff of various Iraqi universities. The course focused on strengthening the capacities of teaching staff in employing contemporary educational methods such as active learning, blended learning and modern classroom management mechanisms, in line with the requirements of quality and academic accreditation.
Dr. Othman affirmed that this participation is part of the University of Shatrah's plans to develop the academic performance of its staff and to keep abreast of the latest globally adopted strategies and digital technologies, contributing to raising the scientific and educational level of students and supporting frameworks of continuous academic cooperation among educational institutions to keep pace with the rapid developments of knowledge in the higher education sector.
